French toast at the continental breakfast was a lovely touch. The indoor pool facilitated a refreshing break between meetings, and the comfortable beds were a welcome respite after long days. Judy, the evening staff member, was a standout - gracious, efficient, and truly accommodating. While the $20 early check-in charge seemed a tad steep, the overall service quality overshadowed this minor hiccup. Howard Johnson's efficient amenities, like the flat-screen TVs and air conditioning, cater perfectly to business travelers seeking a productive yet relaxed environment.
